Hi everyone, In case you missed it in the e-blast last week, here is the plan for Monday:
We will gather between 9:15am and 9:30 at 185 Zandhoek Road (THikit Print Shop, formerly the St. Joseph Church Mission building) in Hurley. I intend to have my silver pickup, you can look for that (plate "BACK RDS"). We will be lined up in position 16 - behind Myer Elementary School, and ahead of Girl Scout Troop 60033. We will be waiting for upwards of a half-hour, so prepare the scouts for the wait.
Just a quick update... at the moment, I have not heard if the Hurley Memorial Day parade has been canceled (or not). So for now, we'll leave it on the calendar and I'll update everyone when we know more.
Sorry for the late notice, just today we heard back from the Hurley Town Hall, and we'll be marching in the Hurley Memorial Day Parade this coming Monday. We will be #16 in the order in the vicinity of the Girl Scouts and ahead of Spring Lake FD (so when you are looking for us at drop off, look for the SLFD vehicles). Please see the attached map for directions to drop off, it will be one-way through the Hurley Mission.
