Just a quick reminder for the committee and leaders, our annual planning meeting will be this Monday, 7/16 at 6:30pm at Forsyth Park. The primary topics are the event and budget planning for the coming program year.

Parade information

Hi everyone,

As you know, the scouts will be marching in the Hurley Memorial Day parade next Monday. This is *not* a 'fun' parade (like St. Patrick's Day or Children's Day), there will be no float for the scouts, everyone will be marching in two lines and expected to behave as scouts in a respectful manner - remember we're honoring all the soldiers who have given their lives for us.

Just a quick reminder, the May committee meeting will be this coming Tuesday (5/8) at 7pm. We'll be meeting at St. James church. All parents are welcome to attend and help us plan for the next month or so.

Saturday Dinner:
Chicken Foil Dinners (chicken, potato, carrot, bbq sauce)
Hot dogs (alternative)

If neither of these sound appealing to you, please plan to bring your own dinner.

KOA cost update

Hi everyone,

We've decided to proceed with the cost of the overnight being $10/per person. Recall this is a family overnight, so a parent/guardian is required for each scout. Please ensure you've signed up if you're able to attend, and your headcount is accurate:
