Welcome to Pack 103

Hi everyone,

    I reached out to the community and Ten Broeck Commons has invited us to their facility to go caroling for their patients on Monday, December 10th at 6:30pm.  I welcome everyone to join us, whether you can sing or not (like me) :)  

Beginning this year the pack is sponsoring a local cemetery and the mission is to place wreaths for all the deceased veterans, keeping them from being forgotten. Every December, Wreaths Across America coordinates wreath-laying ceremonies to “remember, honor and teach" about the sacrifices made by our Veterans and their families. At noon on December 15, Cub Scout Pack 103, Kingston, NY will be performing a wreath-laying ceremony at the St. Remy Cemetery in St. Remy. The public is welcome and invited to attend. Hot cocoa will be served.

Thanksgiving -- that grand American tradition where we fill a table full of foods we don’t normally eat the rest of the year, and celebrate with our families the gratitude we have for, well, for what? Let’s review.

A quick reminder, our Pack Meeting on 11/19 will be our raingutter regatta.  The meeting is expected to run a little longer than usual due to the event, but should hopefully wrap up around 8pm.  When you arrive at the meeting, there will be a table to check-in the boats and the raingutters will already be set up - please help keep your scouts under control prior to the meeting so the raingutters are not disturbed.  

The Pack 103 Raingutter Regata will take place during our Pack Meeting on Monday, November 19th at 6:30 PM. More details will be shared as the date gets closer.
